Our Installation Department is responsible for installing and programming our Audio, Video, Shades and Lighting Systems.
We strive to continually invest in this department by holding regular training classes with top manufacturers, focusing on relevant products. This ensures that we stay up to date with the newest technology, while leveraging our expertise to ensure we only use reliable products.
Our Account Managers meet with our clients individually to design their systems. They remain involved throughout the installation process to ensure the system is installed to the specifications of the design.
Our Specialist works directly with our clients to specify and expertly install automated and manual window coverings from multiple vendors. Both indoor shades/drapes, as well as outdoor patio screens.
The Service Department maintains our clients systems after the initial installation. We have dedicated technicians that are experts in the industry. This allows us to dramatically reduce wait times for service calls.
Our clients also enjoy a 24 hour emergency number in case of after hours needs.
Our office handles administration & product acquisition. The Scheduling and Warehouse Coordinators work closely with the installation department to ensure that products are staged and ready to complete projects on time. Pre-building & pre-programming projects to allow us to be in our clients homes for less time.
Bryan Arnold & Ian Shaw have worked at Macauley for 8 years & 5 years respectively. Teaming up with an industry veteran Cliff Clarke they purchased the business in September 2017 and have continued to work to become the best technology solution for homeowners in the Austin area.
